Rinjani Explorer have performed many Social services for the community in Sembalun Village. Beginning in 2005 when the Flash Floods wreaked havoc in Sembalun Village, donations were given by FIG-Indonesia of Rp.20.000.000 and Rinjani Explorer of Rp. 2.000.000. The money was used to buy uniforms, books, ballpoint pens, rulers and pencils for those students whose were affected by the flash floods.

 Rinjani Explorer continued their social services in August 2006, when they provided a fellowship for Muhtadin, an intelligent boy who didn`t have enough money to continue his studies at Senior high School, SMA 1, Sembalun.

Rinjani Explorer donated a computer to be used by the community in Sembalun Lawang Village in September 2006.

Rinjani Explorer also donated a collection of magazines for the children in the village, and some agricultural magazines for the local farmers via the Sembalun Lawang Village Head Mr Abdurrahman Sembahulun.

For activities to clean up Rinjani National Park in August 2007 Rinjani Explorer gave a donation of Rp. 300.000 to Rinjani National Park.
